To register and maintain an account with BosJudi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
To open an account, you must complete the registration form on the BosJudi platform, providing at minimum a valid username, password, email address, date of birth, and mobile number. You may be required to provide additional information during the KYC verification process prior to withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BosJudi will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. The Birthday Bonus programme awards eligible players a tier-based credit on their registered birthday: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP (MYR 2,688). Eligibility requires a minimum account age of 30 days, active VIP tier membership, and at least one qualifying wager in the 30 days prior to the birthday. Birthday bonuses are subject to the General Bonus Terms set out in Section 6.1.
All bets placed on BosJudi are subject to acceptance at the Company's sole discretion. BosJudi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet for any reason, including — but not limited to — suspected integrity concerns, system errors, or events where the outcome may already be determined at the time of placement.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed on each respective market or game page and may vary by product type, VIP tier, and specific event. BosJudi reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during game play or bet placement, BosJudi will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the transaction outcome using available server-side logs. If a definitive outcome cannot be established, the relevant bet or game round may be voided and the stake refunded. BosJudi's decision in such matters is final.
You agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner when using the BosJudi platform. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed toward customer support staff will result in immediate account suspension. Cheating, exploiting software vulnerabilities, and using automated betting tools (bots) are all considered serious violations of this Agreement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BosJudi platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money deposits), and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BosJudi, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of betting opportunities due to technical disruptions, or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
BosJudi's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BosJudi makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
